Limiti di impiego:
Le guarnizioni per pistone tipo GPU, composte da un anello antifrizionale in PU e da un anello di espansione in NBR, devono essere adottate per condizioni di impiego che eccedano i seguenti limiti:
- Pressione: da 0 a 250 Bar;
- Temperatura: da -30 a +100°C
- Velocità: fino a 0,5 m/sec.
Per condizioni di lavoro particolari vi preghiamo di consultare il nostro Ufficio Tecnico.

Montaggio:
Il montaggio delle guarnizioni per pistone tipo GPU non presenta particolari difficoltà per l'elasticità del materiale. Vengono richieste sedi di grandezza limitata.
E' utile, anche se non indispensabile, la lubrificazione della sede e della guarnizione con lo stesso fluido dell'impianto o con lubrificante chimicamente compatibile.
 

Condition of use:
Piston seals type GPU, made of polyurethane and NBR, must be used in working conditions within the following limits:
- Pressure: 0 to 250 Bar;
- Temperature:  -30 to 100°C
- Speed up to 0,5 m/sec.

Assembly:
The assembly of piston seals GPU is not particurarly difficult because the material is elastic and the seals need a small housing.
It is useful, though not indispendable, to lubrificate the seat and the gasket using the same fluid as in the system or chemically compatible lubricant.
